IM Motors has unveiled a new product strategy designed to make its most advanced electric-vehicle and intelligent-driving technology standard across future models, with the next-generation LS6 set to become the first major test of that approach when it launches in September.

One hundred million vehicles is not simply a production landmark. For SAIC Motor, it represents 100 million sources of data, 100 million acts of consumer trust and, increasingly, the foundation for a new phase of technology-led competition.

 Wuling has launched the Huajing S with a starting price of about $21,000, a large six-seat family SUV equipped with Huawei Qiankun intelligent-driving technology.

 China's auto market in 2025 was defined by intense competition between legacy manufacturers, EV start-ups and technology-led challengers. 

 Wuling has one of China's strongest mass-market reputations, but that strength can become a constraint when the company tries to move upmarket.
